Super CitriMax is a unique, patented extract of Garcinia cambogia, a fruit, standardized to 60% (-)-hydroxycitric acid (HCA) bound to calcium and potassium. The unique double-salt configuration of Super CitriMax makes HCA highly soluble, bioavailable and efficacious. HCA is an established inhibitor of the ATP citrate, known to catalyze the conversion of citrate into acetyl coenzyme A, a primary building block for fatty acid synthesis. (-)-Hydroxycitric acid (HCA), a popular dietary supplement for weight loss, is an organic acid similar to citric acid found in citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons, but with remarkably different properties: HCA has been shown to be active in supporting calorie and weight control without stimulating the central nervous system. HCA occurs predominantly in the fruit rind of Garcinia cambogia, a tree native to South and Southeast Asia.

HCA has been sold as a dietary supplement since 1994, but the research on HCA stretches back over 30 years. In 1969, researchers at Brandeis University demonstrated the role of HCA as an inhibitor of the Krebs/citric acid cycle.8 They showed that HCA is a competitive inhibitor of ATP-citrate lyase. Inhibiting ATP-citrate lyase diverts carbohydrates away from fat synthesis and towards the synthesis of stored energy in the form of glycogen. Increased glycogen levels are believed to send a signal to the brain that the body is full, resulting in reduced appetite and food intake.

A 6-week randomized, placebo controlled study was conducted involving daily administration of Super Citrimax® to 24 overweight men and women. The study found significant reduction in 24 hour energy intake, while satiety was sustained.

Satiereal® Saffron Extract

Satiereal® is a patented, clinically-researched satiety ingredient derived from saffron. The satiated feeling induced by Satiereal® encourages weight loss while eliminating frustration. This product has a unique mechanism that may support satiety by helping to reduce snacking and hunger before meals.

Satiereal® is derived from the flowers of saffron crocus, Crocus sativus L., which is cultivated throughout the Mediterranean region. Historically, saffron was prized as a culinary spice, colorant and dye, and as a medicinal herb. European and Middle Eastern cultures of antiquity used saffron to ease digestion of spicy foods and soothe irritated stomachs. These traditional uses are usually curtailed by saffron’s high cost. However, Satiereal® is made from a special crocus cultivation with important saffron constituents, so it is a cost-effective solution to support healthy weight.*

Many satiety products work on digestion system factors or interfere with absorption of the food itself, Satiereal has a different satiety-inducing mechanism and is believed to act directly at the neurotransmitter level to increase satiety and reduce snacking behaviors. The recommended daily serving of Satiereal® is 176.5mg, equivalent to 1.72 tsp of saffron, enough for 14 servings of paella.

A Double-blind placebo controlled clinical study shows that Satiereal® may increase satiety, decrease hunger, and reduce snacking between meals.* A clinical study shows that mildly overweight women taking Satiereal report decreased hunger. In addition, women taking Satiereal® experienced, significant body weight reduction over placebo.


L-Tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid synthesized from phenylalanine, an essential amino acid. An essential amino acid comes from an outside source, such as protein, and is not produced by the body; whereas a nonessential amino acid is produced by the body. L-Tyrosine is a precursor to neurotransmitters such as dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine. Both L-Tyrosine and phenylalanine are found in most protein sources such as dairy products, meat, fish, wheat and oats.

As a precursor to the neurotransmitters dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine, L-Tyrosine has been theoretically claimed to help support metabolism, promoting weight management. Those who claim this link says that because stress and depression are often linked to weight issues, supplementing L-Tyrosine may help keep you upbeat during stressful times.

Gymnema Sylvestre Extract

Gymnema has been shown to reduce the taste of sugar when it is placed in the mouth. It is derived from extract of the leaves were isolated glycosides known as gymnemic acids, which exhibit anti-sweet activity. This effect can last up to about 2 hours. Some postulate that the herb may reduce cravings for sugar by blocking sugar receptors in the tongue and this effect was observed in isolated rat neurons.

Mucuna Pruriens Extract

Mucuna Pruriens contains L-DOPA, a precursor to the neurotransmitter dopamine. The L-DOPA content increases when extracts are prepared, such as Mucuna Pruriens. The L-COPA converts into dopamine, which is an import brain chemical involved in mood, sexuality, and movement. Mucuna Pruriens also works excellent with Tyrosine to have a synergistic effect on dopamine and can aid in weight loss programs.

Meratrim® is a proprietary blend of two plant extracts, Sphaeranthus indicus flower heads and Garcinia mangostana fruit rind. Meratrim’s clinically demonstrated ability to ultimately reduce hip and waist size may be due to its ability to significantly increase the, adiponectin levels, a hormone linked to lipid metabolism. Razberri-K is a branded form of Raspberry ketones and Raspberry ketone is an aromatic component present in raspberries and other fruits. It can also be produced synthetically in a lab. While raspberries contain many bioactive constituents beneficial for health, this one particular constituent appears to have the potential to support fat oxidation. Raspberry ketone is very similar in structure to two compounds known to play a role in fat metabolism, capsaicin and synephrine. A pilot study shows Rraspberry ketone appears to support a trend towards increased fat oxidation post-exercise. This placebo-controlled, double-blind study was conducted by the Ohio Research group on highly trained men and women. 30 minutes post-exercise, participants showed a measured trend toward increased fat oxidation.
